This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the guidelines for refunds and cancellations of services and digital products offered by Harshavardhan Netha.
Digital Products
For digital products and downloadable items:
- Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable once the product has been delivered or access has been granted.
- However, if you experience technical issues with accessing or downloading the product, please contact us within 7 days of purchase for assistance.
- If the technical issues cannot be resolved, a refund may be issued at our discretion.
Consulting Services
For consulting services and scheduled appointments:

Cancellation by Client:
- Cancellations made 48+ hours before the scheduled appointment: Full refund or rescheduling without penalty.
- Cancellations made 24-48 hours before the scheduled appointment: 50% refund or rescheduling with a 25% rescheduling fee.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment: No refund.

Cancellation by Service Provider:
- If we need to cancel or reschedule, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.
Custom Development Projects
For custom development projects and contracted work:
- Refunds for custom work are subject to the terms outlined in the specific contract or statement of work provided for each project.
- For projects with milestone payments, cancellation after a milestone has been completed and approved will not result in a refund for that milestone's payment.
- Initial deposits or retainers are typically non-refundable as they secure the booking of time and resources.
Subscription Services
For subscription-based services (if applicable):
- You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us.
- Refunds will not be provided for partial subscription periods.
- After cancellation, you will continue to have access to the service until the end of your current billing period.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund or cancellation:

- Include your order number, date of purchase, and any relevant information about the issue you experienced.
- All refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Processing of Refunds
If a refund is approved:
- Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
- Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider, typically 5-10 business days.
- You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed.
